Must read

A tragic incident has occurred involving a 30-year-old influencer named Dmitry Nuyanzin, who passed away after embarking on a challenging fitness journey that involved gaining and losing 55lbs rapidly. Dmitry aimed to showcase the effectiveness of his weight-loss program by consuming an excessive 10,000 calories daily, well above the recommended 2,500 calories for men by healthcare guidelines.

With over 43,000 followers on Instagram, Dmitry sought to incentivize weight loss by offering £100 to individuals over 100kg who could shed 10% of their body weight by New Year’s Eve. During his experiment, Dmitry indulged in high-calorie foods like burgers, pizza, crisps, pastries, and dumplings smothered in mayonnaise, managing to gain at least 13kg in just one month.

Throughout the challenge, Dmitry updated his followers on his progress, showcasing his meals filled with fatty foods. Tragically, Dmitry’s last Instagram post, dated November 18, showed him celebrating his food intake, but he unexpectedly passed away in his sleep due to heart failure as reported by the Ostorozhno Novosti channel.

Before his passing, Dmitry canceled training sessions due to feeling unwell and had plans to visit a doctor. He has since been laid to rest in Orenburg, with tributes pouring in for his vibrant and positive personality. The British Heart Foundation warns about the dangers of excess weight on heart health, highlighting the risks of heart disease, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and type 2 diabetes associated with obesity.

Dmitry, a graduate of the Orenburg Olympic Reserve School and the National Fitness University in St. Petersburg, was known for training Russian elite members and inspiring his online community. While details on his cause of death remain undisclosed, it is known that Dmitry was married with no children at the time of his passing.
