“Eric Trump Denies Allegations of Fight Rigging at White House Match”

Must read

Eric Trump refuted claims of inquiring about potential fight rigging at his father’s birthday event in a message exchange with UFC commentator Daniel Cormier. The screenshots, now deleted, depicted Trump asking about fighter injuries and the possibility of rigged fights at the White House match. Cormier publicly shared the screenshots, condemning any attempts to tarnish the event.

In response, Trump dismissed the allegations, labeling the screenshots as “AI-generated” and fabricated. He emphasized that he had never contacted Cormier and expressed concern over the falsified nature of the messages. Despite the appearance of an exchange where Trump inquired about potentially rigged fights, Cormier responded vehemently denying any such occurrences.

Trump took to social media to address the issue, stating that his team recognized the circulated fake screenshots and emphasized that he had never engaged in the alleged conversation with Cormier. He urged caution in reporting and highlighted the fabricated nature of the messages, tagging UFC and its CEO Dana White in his remarks.

Furthermore, Trump disavowed any connection to the messages, labeling them as an “AI spoof” and distancing himself from the situation. Cormier also appeared to distance himself from the post, questioning the legitimacy of people’s reactions, to which Trump responded appreciatively.

MMA reporter Adam Martin corroborated the existence of the post on Cormier’s page before its removal, indicating that it was indeed real. Martin speculated on potential hacking or miscommunication that led to the post’s deletion. However, he clarified that Cormier had not acted inappropriately in the situation.

The Mirror reached out to Eric Trump’s representatives for comments on the matter.
