Virgin Media customers are in for a valuable upgrade with the introduction of a new service called Smart Support. This enhancement, provided at no extra cost, offers round-the-clock assistance to ensure seamless operations year-round.

Smart Support is designed to automatically monitor broadband performance and promptly address speed or connectivity issues. Users will receive real-time recommendations to resolve any identified problems, aiming to prevent disruptions during online activities such as streaming or remote work.

Additionally, Virgin Media can conduct remote fixes during nighttime hours without causing inconvenience to customers during the day. In cases where stronger WiFi coverage is needed, the service can recommend upgrades like WiFi Pods or Hubs, with the option to schedule an engineer visit at no additional charge for more severe issues.

Virgin Media has confirmed that Smart Support will be available to all customers as a standard offering, demonstrating its commitment to enhancing user experience without added costs.
