To modify settings, users can access the WhatsApp app on Android devices, navigate to the top-right corner’s three-dot menu, and select Settings. Under Storage and data, locate Media auto-download settings and disable media downloads for mobile data, Wi-Fi, and roaming connections by unchecking Photos, Audio, Videos, and Documents.
