The incident occurred when Woods attempted to pass a tow truck on a narrow road, causing his dark SUV to flip onto its side. Despite registering a 0.00 on a breathalyzer test, he declined to undergo a urinalysis. Subsequently, Woods was detained at Martin County Jail for a mandatory eight-hour period before being released to return home.

Martin County Sheriff John Budensiek clarified that alcohol was not a factor in the crash, as confirmed by Woods’ breathalyzer results.
