In a statement, West Midlands Police stated, “Do you recognize this individual? We are looking to speak with him following an incident of indecent exposure on a bus in Birmingham. The occurrence took place on the number 74 bus near Hockley Circus at approximately 6pm on Thursday, October 2. We are actively investigating this matter and urge anyone with information or who can identify the pictured individual to contact 101, quoting crime reference number 20/396603/25.”
