A man suspected of infidelity is facing allegations of cutting the throats of his wife and mother-in-law, with his mistress reportedly aiding in the disposal of evidence. Howard Wang, 43, has been formally charged with the murder of his wife, Linlin Guo, and her mother, Beimin Cheng, at their residence in Walnut Creek, California.
