Stacey Solomon’s two eldest children have secured roles in the popular TV show, Hollyoaks. Excited fans of the Channel 4 soap were thrilled to see Zachary and Leighton in action as pictures of them on set were shared on the show’s official Instagram page.
The behind-the-scenes photos showcased Zachary and Leighton filming scenes both inside and outside Price Slice, alongside soap veterans Jennifer Metcalfe, Charlie Wernham, Charlie Clapman, and Dawn Hope. In one scene, Zachary, portraying a Parcel Patrons worker, interrupts Mercedes, played by Jennifer, with a delivery, while Leighton, seemingly playing a paperboy, arrives late.
In another scene, Pearl Anderson, portrayed by Dawn, scolds Leighton for being late to collect papers. Fans are eagerly anticipating whether the roles are one-time appearances or if the boys will have more scenes in the future.
Excited viewers took to social media to express their joy at seeing Stacey’s children on their favorite show. Stacey’s eldest son, Zachary, is from her past relationship with Dean Cox, while Leighton’s father is her ex-fiancé Aaron Barnham. Stacey, who shares three children with Joe Swash, has not yet commented on her sons’ new roles in the show.
Notably, Stacey’s husband, Joe Swash, previously starred as Mickey Miller in EastEnders and has made cameo appearances in subsequent years. The couple has three children together, and Joe also has a child from a previous relationship.
