Dmitry Rogozin, a senator with a military background who previously held positions as deputy premier and head of the space agency, cautioned that numerous defense-related locations in Britain are at risk of being attacked.
The provocation followed criticisms from Rogozin and Vladimir Solovyov towards former British Defense Secretary Ben Wallace, who suggested strategies to render Crimea inhospitable from a Russian perspective.
