No Special Protection for Prince Andrew in Epstein Files

Must read

Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor will not receive any special protection from the forthcoming release of the explosive US government Epstein files, as reported by the Mirror. Despite efforts in Washington to restrict public access, sources indicate that the former prince will not be shielded, while the White House is said to be working to safeguard Donald Trump, senior Republicans, and wealthy donors. Pressure is mounting for Andrew to provide testimony regarding his connections to Jeffrey Epstein.

Mountbatten-Windsor, aged 65, was observed riding at Windsor Castle, appearing subdued with a female companion. However, it is stated that doors are swiftly closing around him in the US. Victims’ advocates suspect that US Attorney General Pam Bondi and FBI Director Kash Patel will use national security grounds to protect numerous Epstein associates, but Andrew is not expected to receive such protection.

The files, spanning various agencies like the Department of Justice, FBI, and Department of Homeland Security, contain crucial information, including the flight records of Epstein’s primary pilot, Larry Visoski, which have remained undisclosed. While previous flight logs implicated Andrew, Visoski’s records are anticipated to reveal further details, potentially linking the former Duke of York to more trips than previously known.

Allegations against Andrew continue to mount as Washington officials grapple with the potential fallout. The White House is reportedly striving to limit the release of documents, prioritizing intelligence assets and ongoing investigations over reputations. Buckingham Palace may face contradictions to Andrew’s previous statements with further disclosures.

Efforts to impede publication are deemed futile due to political pressure, with expectations that numerous names will surface once the files are made public. Andrew’s allies fear he is being unfairly targeted by a process beyond his control, with mounting calls for him to provide relevant information. Despite a formal request from House Democrats to testify about his connections to Epstein, Andrew has not responded, leading to increased scrutiny and pressure on the matter.

Epstein’s death in 2019 and Maxwell’s subsequent conviction in 2021 have heightened the focus on individuals associated with the case, with Andrew now under increasing scrutiny for his alleged ties to the scandal.
