Love Island’s Andrew Le Page has lifted the lid on his split with Tasha Ghouri as he returns to social media.
The reality star, 29, had taken a break from Instagram after reportedly being left ‘blindsided’ earlier this month when Tasha, 26, called it quits after two years following her successful stint on Strictly Come Dancing last year.
After meeting on Love Island in 2022, the former couple bought a house together a year later and shared their renovation progress on the property via social media. However, after Tasha moved out earlier this month, Andrew has revealed he is carrying on the makeover himself as he updated fans on his new life without his girlfriend.
Taking to his Instagram page, Le Page Properties, the reality star shared before and after snaps of a re-tiled bathroom with the caption “Bathroom update”. Wanting to know how the house was going to be divided after Andrew’s split with Tasha, one fan asked: “Who’s keeping the house then? If you guys are rumoured to have spilt?”
After two happy years together, Andrew was reportedly blindsided to learn Tasha was on celebrity dating app Raya despite their break-up being so fresh.
A source told The Sun: “Andrew and Tasha had been in a difficult place and had only just decided to end things. To Andrew it was all very fresh and raw – so to see that Tasha was on Raya and had updated her profile with pictures from when they were still dating last month was incredibly painful.”
The couple are yet to comment on their split, but now a Strictly Come Dancing professional has dropped a major hint that the dancer is growing closer to her co-star on the show, Jamie Borthwick.
A video shared by Strictly’s Carlos Gu has sparked speculation about Tasha’s growing closeness with Jamie, who she is now on tour with. In the video, Tasha and the EastEnders star are seen dancing together, with Carlos commenting: “Fresh couple in the making.”
Tasha, who was born deaf and received a cochlear implant at the age of five, is now on tour with Strictly and is partnered with Aljaz Skorjanec and sems to be putting the past behind her.
However, in December, when she was asked if a proposal could be coming from her ex, she told OK!: “That’s a question for Andrew! But of course, there is no one else for me and Andrew is who I want to spend the rest of my life with.”
