Despite the challenging start, Hamilton is determined and motivated to turn things around. The mid-season break provided him with an opportunity to reflect on his performance, with Hamilton stating, “We’re going to work hard, keep our heads down, try to change a few things in our approach and start to enjoy ourselves.” The pressure of the season’s first half has not made it enjoyable for him, but he is focused on rediscovering his passion for the sport.
Receiving support from fellow drivers, including George Russell, who dismissed Hamilton’s self-criticism as “nonsense,” Hamilton’s peers recognize his exceptional talent and believe he will bounce back.
