Hamilton Disapproves of Horner-Ferrari Rumors

Must read

Lewis Hamilton has expressed his disapproval of rumors connecting Christian Horner to a potential move to Ferrari, stating that such speculation is not beneficial for the team’s quest for enhanced performance. Hamilton, who is striving to help Ferrari regain its winning form in his first season with the team after departing Mercedes, has publicly supported Frederic Vasseur, as Ferrari did recently by extending Vasseur’s contract.

Recent media reports have suggested Horner could be available in 2026 following his departure from Red Bull. Addressing the rumors in Austin before the United States Grand Prix, Hamilton emphasized the importance of continuity for the team’s progress. He mentioned that the rumors were distracting and that the team’s focus should be on their ongoing efforts with Vasseur.

Hamilton, currently in sixth place in the drivers’ championship and yet to secure a podium finish for Ferrari, will set a new record for the most races without a podium if he doesn’t achieve a top-three finish in Austin.
