This decision by Hamas comes in response to Trump’s ultimatum, giving the group until 6pm on Sunday to accept his final proposal.
In a message posted on Truth Social, the US president emphasized the urgency of reaching an agreement with Hamas by the specified deadline, warning of severe consequences if the “last chance” agreement is not accepted. Trump stated that all countries have endorsed the agreement and that failure to comply would lead to unprecedented consequences against Hamas, ultimately aiming for peace in the Middle East through any means necessary.
