“Former Prince Andrew Urged to Testify on Epstein by US Congress”

Must read

Former Prince Andrew, now known as Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, has been asked by the United States to provide testimony regarding Jeffrey Epstein. Congressional investigators have requested his cooperation to reveal the identities of individuals who collaborated with and supported Epstein.

Representative Robert Garcia, from the House Oversight Committee of Congress, sent a letter to the royal, urging him to participate in a recorded interview. The letter discusses Andrew’s well-known association with Epstein and the accusations of engaging in sexual activities with Virginia Giuffre during his teenage years, allegations that Andrew has consistently refuted.

The letter sets a deadline for Prince Andrew to respond to the Committee’s inquiry by November 20, 2025.

Dear Mr. Mountbatten-Windsor,

We are reaching out to seek your collaboration in the Oversight and Government Reform Committee’s investigation into Jeffrey Epstein’s sex trafficking operations. The Committee aims to expose individuals who worked alongside Epstein and supported his criminal endeavors.

The documented accusations against you and your enduring friendship with Epstein suggest that you might possess pertinent information related to our investigation. For the sake of justice for Epstein’s victims, we ask for your cooperation by participating in a recorded interview with the Committee.

Public reports indicate that your relationship with Epstein commenced in 1999 and persisted even after his conviction in 2008 for involving minors in prostitution. Reports also mention your joint travels with Epstein to various locations, including his New York residence, Balmoral, and his private island, where allegations of misconduct with minors have been made against you.

Your close ties with Epstein, along with the disclosed 2011 email exchange where you expressed solidarity with him, strengthen our belief that you may possess crucial information regarding Epstein’s criminal activities and his associates.

Virginia Roberts Giuffre has accused you of sexually abusing her when she was 17 years old. In a lawsuit filed in 2021, she claimed that she was coerced into sexual encounters with you on three separate occasions.

Furthermore, flight logs show that you flew on Epstein’s plane multiple times between 1999 and 2006, coinciding with his illicit actions. Financial records obtained from the Epstein estate indicate entries like “massage for Andrew,” raising concerns about the nature of your relationship with Epstein and associated financial dealings.

In her posthumous memoir, Giuffre expressed apprehension about speaking out against you, citing a settlement agreement that included a one-year gag order to protect the reputation of the Crown.

Recent reports confirm these fears, as UK law enforcement is investigating claims that you instructed your security personnel to gather damaging information against Giuffre in 2011. The fear of reprisal has hindered many victims from seeking justice.

In addition to Epstein’s offenses, we are probing any attempts to silence, intimidate, or threaten victims and are interested in any leads that could illuminate these actions. Given recent developments and the disturbing allegations from Giuffre’s memoir and other credible sources, we urge you to make yourself available for an interview with the Committee to provide insights into Epstein’s collaborators.

Due to the urgency and seriousness of this issue, we request a response to our inquiry by November 20, 2025. The House of Representatives’ Oversight and Government Reform Committee holds broad authority to investigate any matter at any time under House Rule X.

If you have any inquiries regarding this request, please contact the Committee Democratic staff at (202) 225-5051. Thank you for promptly addressing this matter.
