Addressing misconceptions about her diet, Britt states: “Despite assumptions that I survive on minimal food, my training regime is that of an athlete’s. I structure my day around approximately six meals to align with my constant hunger, a necessity given the high energy expenditure from my workouts. Many, especially men, are surprised by my substantial food intake.
“Carbohydrates and calories do not intimidate me; I prioritize balance.”
Responding to numerous inquiries from admirers seeking advice on achieving her physique, Britt shares: “Frequently asked about my diet and exercise routine, I incorporate unconventional food choices that sustain my strength and focus.
“In between workout sets, I enjoy pickles. Although deemed unusual, salt is beneficial during intense training. However, my most peculiar meal choices include instant kimchi ramen post-leg day or sugar-free jelly with protein powder.
“Despite its unappealing appearance, the concoction is effective. If craving sweetness late at night, I opt for protein pancakes. My diet, aside from these unconventional snacks, consists mainly of nutritious foods like whole grains, vegetables, eggs, chicken, and fish.”
Attributing her physical condition to her unique dietary practices, Britt asserts: “Achieving my physique requires dedication and consistency. Having engaged in weightlifting for almost a decade, there are no shortcuts, only persistence in maintaining a proper diet and exercise routine repeatedly.
“Improving strength is attainable with patience and commitment.”
Introduced to weightlifting at 18, Britt developed a passion for the gym, likening it to a form of therapy. Over the years, she has not only crafted a muscular physique but also garnered a loyal fan base.
Detailing her exercise routine, Britt shares: “I typically train for about two hours daily, occasionally extending sessions for content creation purposes. While I allow myself a rest day weekly, I remain active through light activities like walking and stretching. The endorphin release is invigorating.
“The gym serves as my sanctuary – I disconnect from distractions, play country music loudly, and immerse myself. It acts as my rejuvenation outlet.”
