British Woman Travels to US to Meet Killer from Fetish Site

Must read

Police in the US made a disturbing discovery related to the death of a British woman who had traveled to meet a man she met on a fetish website with the intention of being killed. The woman, identified as Sonia Exelby from Portsmouth, had planned to meet individuals willing to kill her violently. She was reported missing and endangered by British authorities, leading to her remains being found in a shallow grave in Florida.

Dwain Hall, a man from Ocala, Florida, was arrested and charged with kidnapping and first-degree murder in connection with Ms. Exelby’s death. Authorities accused him of responding to the woman’s request on a fetish site to abuse and kill her. Hall was also arrested for using the victim’s credit cards. Evidence included incriminating phone calls made by Hall from jail, where he mentioned a package to be delivered to his wife in six months.

Further investigations revealed Facebook messages between Hall and a friend in Ohio about the package, which was found to contain a knife with traces of the victim’s blood. Additionally, it was discovered that Hall and Ms. Exelby had spent time together at an Airbnb property where they engaged in sexual activities. A video surfaced showing the victim covered in bruises, answering questions about her desire to be beaten and killed.

Police found a shovel matching one Hall had purchased before the incident, with the shovel found in his garage containing DNA traces of both individuals. An autopsy confirmed that Ms. Exelby had been fatally stabbed four times. Reports indicated that the victim had previously attempted to hire someone to kill her in 2024 but had been stopped and received help.
