As a devoted McDonald’s enthusiast, I had the opportunity to sample these sauces before the official launch to see if they will revolutionize your McDonald’s order.
Personally, I usually opt for BBQ sauce or sweet curry, so the arrival of Korean BBQ piqued my interest. In addition to the new sauces, McDonald’s is rolling out a fresh Hot Honey Sausage and Egg McMuffin, the new Hot Honey McCrispy, and reintroducing the beloved Cornetto McFlurry.
The trio of new dips is a force to be reckoned with. The creamy ranch is a welcome addition for those who prefer milder flavors over BBQ or spicy options. It’s a delight to see this cult American favorite sauce now available to consumers, offering a cool and creamy buttermilk sauce with hints of herb and garlic.

Personally, I find the dip enjoyable on its own rather than paired with a McCrispy or McMuffin. The lingering kick of heat adds to its appeal, making it a hit among hot honey enthusiasts.
Regarding the new McCrispy and McMuffin, the sauce provides a nice zing. However, for me, a breakfast McMuffin is best enjoyed with a dollop of ketchup. While I did relish the hot honey McCrispy, it proved to be quite messy.
In addition to the new sauces, the beloved Cornetto McFlurry makes a comeback after 17 years due to popular demand.
