On the morning of April 24, 2021, Dee orchestrated a plan to discuss separating and dividing their assets with Dale. Anticipating a contentious conversation, she ensured their daughter was away for the night. The following day, Dee’s absence raised concerns among family members, with no signs of her whereabouts despite her personal belongings missing from their home.
Initially unconcerned, Dale mentioned that Dee had left before and would likely return. He speculated that she had used a secret phone to orchestrate her departure. As suspicions grew, authorities conducted searches on the property but found no trace of Dee.
