“Concerns Raised Over Trump’s Health After Limping Incident”

Must read

Donald Trump raised concerns about his health after being spotted with a noticeable limp while spending time with his grandson. The US president was at the White House Presidential Walk of Fame with his nine-year-old grandson, Theodore Kushner, where they were seen playing catch with an NFL football. However, many viewers noted that the 79-year-old appeared to struggle with walking in a straight line and seemed unstable on his feet, with one user joking that his walk would require a breathalyser.

Some social media users nicknamed him “Limpy Don” and expressed worries about his well-being, particularly focusing on his left leg dragging in the video. These observations follow comments from a clinical psychologist, Dr. John Gartner, who highlighted concerns about the president’s coordination, suggesting it could be a sign of dementia due to a noticeable decline in motor performance over recent years.

Dr. Gartner specifically pointed out a symptom known as “leg swing,” where Trump’s right leg swings in a semicircle motion like a dead weight while walking. He explained that this type of leg swing is considered highly indicative of a specific form of dementia called Frontotemporal dementia. Another forensic psychiatrist, Dr. Zoffman, shared similar concerns about the president’s condition, attributing the telltale right leg swing to Frontotemporal dementia.

Despite these concerns, Trump has dismissed worries about his health, referencing a White House physical examination that declared him to be in excellent cognitive and physical health. Additionally, the White House disclosed in July that Trump had been diagnosed with chronic venous insufficiency after speculation surrounding mysterious bruises on his hand.
