“Putin Showcases Unstoppable ‘Flying Chernobyl’ Missile”

Must read

Vladimir Putin has proudly admitted to allowing a NATO spy ship to observe Russia’s recent nuclear missile test in order to showcase his possession of the most powerful long-range weapon globally. The Russian leader also issued warnings about a potential World War 3 scenario by announcing the development of more potent nuclear missiles. Putin highlighted the capabilities of Russia’s Burevestnik nuclear missile, nicknamed the ‘Flying Chernobyl’, which reportedly flew 8,700 miles during a 15-hour test conducted in the Arctic, surpassing all existing missile systems in terms of range and accuracy.

During an award ceremony for scientists involved in the design of the Burevestnik and Poseidon missile systems, Putin emphasized the superior qualities of the Burevestnik missile and mentioned the presence of a NATO reconnaissance ship during the test, indicating transparency in showcasing the missile’s capabilities. The Burevestnik missile, engineered by a large group of Russian scientists and workers, is engineered to fly for extended periods before targeting enemy vulnerabilities. Putin also commended the Poseidon underwater drone, powered by its own atomic reactor, capable of inducing radioactive tidal waves in Western nations.

Despite the formidable nature of these weapons, Putin disclosed plans for developing a new generation of weapons, including nuclear-powered cruise missiles with speeds exceeding three times the speed of sound, potentially reaching hypersonic speeds in the future. He highlighted the incorporation of this technology not only in military applications but also in advancing space and Arctic exploration, as well as providing civilian benefits to Russia, particularly in remote regions for energy and infrastructure development.

However, amidst Putin’s proclamations on nuclear advancements, Ukraine reportedly conducted a strike on the headquarters of Russia’s elite Rubicon drone unit in occupied Avdiyivka, Donetsk region. The strike, executed by Ukraine’s GUR military intelligence agency using an explosive-equipped unmanned vehicle, resulted in the elimination of officers and operators of Russia’s Rubicon unit. The GUR described the targeted Rubicon center as a key player in Russia’s use of unmanned systems in the conflict with Ukraine, indicating the significant resources devoted by Russia to this combat-capable structure.

Furthermore, Ukraine allegedly targeted multiple Russian power plants with explosions in the Oryol and Vladimir regions, escalating tensions between the two countries.
