The event took place in Puerto Banus, located southwest of Marbella, at midday today. Reports suggest that the boat involved may have been a drug boat equipped with four powerful engines, although official confirmation from the Civil Guard is pending. Witnesses recounted that the individuals on the boat abandoned the victim near a fuel station before fleeing the scene. Emergency responders pronounced the man deceased upon arrival.
Contradictory reports have emerged regarding the circumstances of the incident. One account indicates that the unidentified victim, believed to be around 30 years old, was tossed into the sea near the filling station before being retrieved from the water and declared dead. Law enforcement sources mentioned the absence of apparent signs of physical assault on the victim.
Footage shared online displayed several National Police and Civil Guard vehicles at the scene, alongside yachts docked in the port, with an ambulance in attendance. The deceased individual’s body has been transferred to Malaga’s Institute of Forensic Medicine for further examination. In a separate incident on October 3, Hamza Karimi, a 25-year-old Swedish rapper known as Hamko, was fatally shot in broad daylight in Puerto Banus. A 38-year-old suspect was apprehended near the scene and subsequently detained pending further legal proceedings.

Haaland cooperated with authorities, producing identification upon request, during the operation which led to the arrest of a 33-year-old individual.
