New Look has introduced its inaugural loyalty program offering exclusive discounts to members.
Club New Look is a free membership program providing benefits such as special weekly “Club Prices” on selected items, early access to sales and events, and participation in exclusive competitions.
Upon joining, members receive a 25% welcome discount. The fashion retailer aims to enhance the shopping experience for its 10 million existing customers with a more personalized approach.
CEO Helen Connolly expressed New Look’s commitment to recognizing and rewarding customers through Club New Look. The company plans to expand its membership base to 800,000 by the end of the financial year after a successful initial launch.
New Look’s strategy includes a national rollout of Club New Look to create a digitally-driven, personalized, and rewarding shopping experience for customers.
In other retail news, Anthropologie, a US fashion brand, is set to open three new stores in the UK, following its flagship store launch in London in 2009. Additionally, Gap is making a comeback to the UK high street with three new standalone stores after closing its last store in 2021.
Gap’s return includes the opening of a flagship store in Covent Garden, followed by branches in Westfield London and Wembley Park London Designer Outlet. The brand also operates shop-in-shop concepts within Next stores and concessions across England and Ireland.
