Luke Littler, known as ‘The Nuke,’ has confirmed his participation in the upcoming PDC World Youth Championship. Littler achieved victory at the World Grand Prix by defeating world No. 1 Luke Humphries with a score of 6-1 in the final held in Leicester.
This win marked Littler’s first title in his young yet successful career, adding another prestigious trophy to his collection. Despite his recent success, the 18-year-old expressed his eagerness for more achievements by announcing his entry into the World Youth Championship set to commence in Wigan on Monday.
Having previously secured the tournament crown in 2023 by defeating Gian van Veen in the final, Littler remains eligible to compete in the youth championship, open to players aged between 16 and 23 regardless of their ranking or past accomplishments in the PDC circuit.
