Sky has launched its new Glass Air television, providing an affordable option for viewers. Priced at just £6 per month with a £20 upfront fee, the TV features a 4K display, Dolby Audio, and voice controls through its remote. Available in White and Green colors, and in 55 and 65-inch sizes at additional costs, Sky Glass Air operates without a dish, receiving content via the internet.
The device offers personalized recommendations, access to popular streaming apps like Netflix, and a Playlists feature for saving content. While the base price covers the TV itself, adding viewing options starts at an extra £15 per month, totaling around £21 for over a hundred channels and Netflix. Additional packages for Sports and Cinema increase the cost, with a complete content bundle and the Air TV exceeding £50.
Mirror Online has reviewed the premium Gen 2 Glass TV and is yet to fully explore the Air version. A comprehensive assessment of the Sky Glass Air is expected soon.
