Tragedy on Pirate-Themed Cruise: Man Dies, Crew Continues with Foam Party

Must read

A man tragically passed away on a pirate-themed cruise during a family vacation in Turkey. Reports suggest that the crew covered the deceased with a towel and continued with the scheduled activities, including a foam party. Peter Colville, a property maintenance manager, was enjoying the excursion with his extended family of 10 members, which included his children and grandchildren. The cruise, aboard the Legend Big Kral, offered entertainment such as DJs, snorkeling, and a foam party, accommodating around 600 guests.

During a stop at Cleopatra Beach, Peter went missing, only to be discovered unconscious in the water moments later by fellow swimmers. Despite efforts to resuscitate him, Peter did not survive. His daughter, Nakita Colville, who was present during the incident, criticized the crew for their lack of urgency and empathy, mentioning that they appeared indifferent to the situation. The coastguard was alerted, and Peter was rushed to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.

While the family was escorted off the vessel following the tragic event, Nakita claimed that the cruise staff proceeded with the foam party, causing distress to the remaining passengers. The family recounted the harrowing experience of witnessing Peter’s sudden health crisis and subsequent passing. Nakita emphasized her father’s character and expressed disappointment in the handling of the situation, highlighting the insensitivity displayed by the crew.

Postmortem examinations conducted in both Turkey and the UK have so far been inconclusive regarding the cause of Peter’s death. Nakita relayed the devastating news to her siblings and their families, reflecting on her father’s warmth and the profound loss they are experiencing. Criticism has been directed at the cruise’s management for their alleged lack of proper emergency protocols and compassion in dealing with the tragedy. Despite the distressing incident, the cruise company, Big Kral Pirate Boats, has not issued a public statement in response to the event.
